Description

I noticed it today, but I can not see in COD view tickets "escalated to COD".
Perhaps at the moment there are not any, but the column (or other placeholder for them) could be visible.

I was thinking about introducing Overview (as in ROD view, but with different content).

I would see there (at least for now, more we could discuss in Helsinki with Malgorzata)
- COD tickets (to see easily expiration date of tickets that COD created against NGIs).
- tickets transfered to COD (tickets that reached this escalation level set by ROD during escalation process).
