Dear Ops Portal team,
in the web form to create a new VO the user can select the flag:
- This VO needs help to set up a VOMS server

but, in the meantime, he is asked to fill the 'enrollment url' field.

If a user needs help to setup a VOMS server, he cannot know the 'enrollment url' when he fills the form.

I suggest to modify the form in the following way:
- if the "This VO needs help to set up a VOMS server" flag is up. The user can choose the 'enrollment url' from a list of items composed by the catch-all VOMS server(s) plus Perun (only if the VO offers cloud resources). Perun enrollment url will be in the form "https://perun.metacentrum.cz/perun-registrar-cert/?vo=<vo-name>'
- if the "This VO needs help to set up a VOMS server" flag is down, the enrollment url should work as now.
