----------------
- if I want to act on COD tickets I click to one of COD tickets buttons (1st click, 2 open pages).
I see list of COD tickets and choose id of ticket (2nd click, 2 open pages).
To see that there were 3 alarms not handled. I'm going back to
list of tickets and choose alarm grouping button (3rd click, 3 open pages). I see nothing under "Remove alarm(s) associated to the ticket" (No item found ! Sorry no matching items depending on your query and/or your roles to display.) and one alarm under "Add alarm(s) associated to the site".
Now I'm guessing that something should be under "Remove alarm(s) associated to the ticket". And if there is nothing it means problem has been solved. Am I right? If yes this should be called "Alarm(s) associated to the ticket".
Lets assume that there is an alarm so I need to do another click (4rd click, 3 open pages) 3 pages only because I can use backward button in my browser - otherwise dont know where to click to go back.
uff for me too many clicks and I need too many pages for single ticket with single alarm.
Additionally don't understand why 'Detection age' and 'Flags' are clickable if they lead me to the same page
So this is why I'm confused and don't know where to click
and would be happy to have the training and recognize with you how it can be simplified.
