Tickets created through Ops Portal COD dashboard - wrong status in GGUS
Dear Ops Portal support
After creating a ticket through COD dashboard I've noticed that tickets in GGUS are in GGUS in status "new" and should in "assigned" (responsible NGI SU is set).
Im adding GGUS Support in CC so that can comment if Im wrong.

- Project changed from operations-portal-users to COD-DASHBOARD
- Category deleted (
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assigned To set to Lequeux Olivier
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
may be not automatically set by GGUS when no site value is affected.
Forced to "assigned" value in the template.
