1. Could you please add also for Middlewares, scope and discipline a dropdown menu? to know what are the options within those categories.
Users dont know what are the names of the discipline categorization, types of possible middleware or scope.

For Discipline categorization I would use only the highest level.

2. I spoke with Sy (VT leader) and he confirmed that the discipline categorization should be used as Tree.

• if we have category A and its child category B
• Affiliation to category B means also affiliation to parent category A.
• It means that all VOs should have been affiliated to at least one of the highest categories.
• VOs should have been able to choose category at any level - they are deciding how precise they want to describe themselves. But they are always affiliated to all categories UP from given category.
