I could not check the handling of retirement campaign scenario, but I think we will do it against EMI-2?
Where it will be possible to choose ticket template?
I would say in general view there is missing Retirement campaign tickets columns.
In fact we already have all components available but we definitly need more information :
In this section I'm just talking about the ROD Dashboard part.
We undesrtand that this kind of ticket should be handled with a kind of "Campaingn Tickets" component with dedicated workflow and templates. Those tickets will be raised attaching EMI2 alarms.
Please could you answer the following questions :
- For the creation template could you confirm this one : EMI2 template
- I splitted the template for "Upgrade plans" in a dedicated step.
- date cannot be handled precisily (per template) without a too consuming time regarding to the release date
I need more time. I will update ticket on 14.03.2014
- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
- Status changed from New to Resolved
