ROD Performance Index level missing

RPI is not only about closing (automatically or not) alarms.
There are also expired tickets counted - this should be done manually by ROD teams.
For alarms, if they are more than 72h old (independetly from alarm status) and the ticket has not been created, they are counted in RPI.
Information about closing alarms in non-ok state is also important and should be also available.

In fact there is a dedicated page for the metrics
In the ROD Dashboard - alarm by status , tickets ...

In COD dashboard : alarm > 72h , tickets not treated ...
