Indeed, we have to add this feature in metrics tab.
Will be available for production release.

In fact this metrics does't mean anything if alarms are closed automatically.
I suggest to have a dedicated page for the alarms which are closed manually (forced by the user) .

RPI is not only about closing (automatically or not) alarms.
There are also expired tickets counted - this should be done manually by ROD teams.
For alarms, if they are more than 72h old (independetly from alarm status) and the ticket has not been created, they are counted in RPI.
Information about closing alarms in non-ok state is also important and should be also available.
