propagation of OFF status to the GTS tree

Description
Once we set the detector at OFF, it would be nice to propagate the OFF status to all the GTS in the GTS tree.
- Assigned To set to Grave Xavier
- Priority changed from Low to Immediate
- Priority changed from Immediate to High
now gts tree is put to off when the detector is put to off
It is needed to switch off the ancillary as well. I am not sure it is done yet.
