Description

when we save the base in XML format with a :

topology@scgw2:~$ tm_xml_access GET_XML_FILE toto_test.xml

and we want to reload the base from this new file we get an error:

topology@scgw2:~/topology-manager-lab/topology-manager-dev$ ./bin/fill_db_from_xml toto_test.xml 
 0 ERROR [main_task_0000000000AFC4F0]  - unexpected exception - TOPOLOGY_MANAGER.XML.FILL_ERROR - id isn't known
