informations on linco board are missing

Description
There is two kind of linco board :
- V1 for 1 carrier (need two in the narval node)
- V2 for 2 carriers (need only one in the narval node)
In GEC monitoring we want to check status of the lincos board but we need to know how many linco are in each narval node (1 or 2).
And this information is not in the TM. (maybe it is in ADDB...)

For the moment in GEC we launch the command : "check_hw 2" for each crystal to test if the two linco boards are available on the computing node. It works only for Linco V1... for Linco V2 the command will be "check_hw 1" to test if the linko board is available...
We need it... or we have to remove the test in the GEC.
