Description

- one feature is providing a dump of certificates with a specific pattern in the Dn which assumes that the certificate is a robot certificate
- another feature is an interface which allows to register a robot certificate for a given service and a given VO

One proposal is to provide one table with a way to validate automatical entries by the VO Managers and add additionnal info
