Periodic automatic check of VO ID card information
Dear Operations Portal developers
Information from Vo ID card is starting to be use more and more by operations tools and reliability of the information is getting more important.
I would like to request an automatic mechanism to ask (e.g. yearly basis) VO managers/deputies to double check information in VO ID card is up to date.
I see following scenario: Production status would be granted for e.g. one year and if the VO ID card informations are not approved VO would lose Production status.
We should also be careful to make it smart way and not lose too many VOs because they are not used to look at this information.
It should to be discussed if we need of maybe new VO status when VO ID card is not approved and before losing Production status so that EGI Operations contact VO directly.
Could you please assess effort needed for such mechanism and complexity of the change?
