See in read_only mode the NGI_XXX dashboard

As a COD shifter I sometimes used the functionality to see in read_only mode the NGI_XXX dashboard (I could verified that there is some discrepancy in ROD/COD view for example), I could also check whether there are tickets created in given retirement campaign. It would be useful to keep.

Do you mean you can't access the ROD Dashboar or you need a link from COD to ROD dashboards ?

I was thinking about existing solution.
That in ROD dashboard I could select NGI.
In NGI_PL I had all rights.
In other NGI-s I had selected, I had read-only view of sites, their alarm, tickets etc.
In NEXT version I can only see myNGIs->NGI_PL.
I can not select that I want to see what NGI_XXX ROD can see(in read_only view).
I do not insist on specific solution, you may propose something.

Only COO people were able to see the whole NGIs, now COD Staff too.
Howerver there is no "read-only" mode.
