I could not see the requested "gray-out" option for tickets that have expiration date set. Will it be implemented?

ROD dahboard has 3 columns which seems matching to tour requirement :
Ticket ongoing, ticket expiring ticket expired.
Columns are available for NGI and site oriented views and filled by a number (if > 0) emphasised by a related color. Then, you can click on to point the list of the ticket filtered by the criticality you choosed.

Right now only NGI_FRANCE have tickets opened, unfortunatly as I told you even if both preprod/prod systems are able to manage ticket in GGUS prod instance, there is no brige between dashboards in term of ticketing system handling.
