Error in the buildcfg

Description
I change the data-base, and I am getting this on the new buildcfg. I dont know if it is due to a base error or something else.
psa-tests@scgw2:~$ buildcfg --tm 01B 04[BC] 05[ABC] 07[ABC] 12[AB] 13[ABC] 14[BC] FRS

Problem seems solved. It was comming from a data-base error.

There were two time a master carrier assigned to a crystal.
