Carrier kind value in uppercase

Description
LSC carrier compare kind value for each carrier with the string "master" ...
So as kind value is now in uppercase, LSC carrier doesn't find this information anymore ...
Please don't deploy the fix before Monday.

This bug is due to last optimization phase =>
no more string representation, use of enum
BUT enum in postgresql are Case Sensitive while not in Ada
So, should I output all the xml with lowercase attributes ?

If it's not the case, should be urgent to wait 2 more weeks ....
