Damage status doesn't propagate

Description
When some elctonic device is damaged, the status of the crystal should be something like "Unavailable" ...

ok, and trying to put it on should raise an error ?
or may be an unavailable crystal can have its relation to TC cut ?

- Damaged managment
- now color is orange is item is off and a child if damaged closes #4568
- now if an item is set to damaged => upper items are set to off and with orange color closes #4577
