Detector doesn't goes to state "on"

Description
When detector is "Off" and we activate some clusters, detector doesn't go to "On".
In general, the "on"/"off" propagation is only done from top to bottom.
Miss the propagation from bottom to top for Detector / Cluster and Crystal.

I'd like to have a bottom -> top activation map if possible :)
May be a chat on this can help to determine what is exactly needed/wanted ?
