When one Frt doesn't answer…

Description

… i.e. header is present but there is no payload and an error type 0x251 occurs:
  • provide the right Error description : "Frt doesn't answer" (right now it's "no result loaded")
  • display the corresponding element in gray instead of red
  • add an error description

with an error description
(it was triggered by 0x251 FRT_CMD_RES_HDR_LP_RX_FAILED
but we also found 0x0e1 LP_NOT_RDY_TO_TX_FRT_CMD_1)
- the GUI is not yet updated to deal with these new informations
it does not yet provide message nor color.
