When an FRT doesn't answer (header is correct but there's no payload and error type 0x251 occurs)
When an FRT doesn't answer (header is correct but there's no payload and error type 0x251 occurs)
- one should provide adequate Error description "FRT doesn't answer"
- the corresponding bus should be grey instead of red
