Downtime Broadcast for GRIDOPS site has info missing

Description

The notification message sent about a downtime for GRIDOPS-APEL doesn't have all the usual message in the Subject of the info.

Instead of mentioning the site/service name and the type of downtime, the subject says '[EGI DOWNTIME] START of downtime () [ to UTC]'

Can you check whether this is a problem in the portal or whether you are not receiving the info from GOCDB.
