topology-manager does not compile on Debian Squeeze.

It seems that gnade and odbc are no more available with "gnade.gpr".
but "gnadecommon.gpr" and "gnadeodbc.gpr".

And the library "libgnademysql" is no more available in Squeeze...

I put here the two patches needed to use topology manager on Debian Squeeze.
I do not put it directly in svn, because it will not work on "orca" machine in the DAQ Box at Legnaro.
