It would be also nice to be able to add explanation for rejection

Dear alls,

EGI Operations Representatives have changed VO_save skatelescope.eu status from New to Leaving

So my comments:
1. alls -> all
2. there is no status as Leaving (!)
3. please do not sent this notification to Noc managers if the VO was never production.
4. what is "VO_save"?
5. The status under https://operations-portal.egi.eu/vo/# is still New :/

- Change body in mail for notification of status change to correct spelling mistake (alls > all)
- remove notification to NGI Managers for VO rejected
- change VO_save to VO
- fix problem on page refresh after notification of status change
