I think that the various default concerning the web interface should become something like:
.pipelet -> .pipelet/pipelet.conf
pipelet.access -> .pipelet/access.log
pipelet.errors -> .pipelet/errors.log
pipelet.pid -> .pipelet/pipelet.pid
