Description

When we launch "tm_server --init_db=yes" the data base is not initialized before adding the hardware in it. If you launch it twice you each item twice in the data base.
But in explanation of tm_server we can read :

Usage : ./tm_server [--option=value]
Options  :
- init_db : Create the tables into the mysql DB.
All precedent data in the tables are lost.
and data in the data base is not lost...
