Description
I suggest to go through the logging message and update their level so that :
- All synhetic usefull pieces of information are displayed at the info level
- The amount of information at the debug level is significantly reduced to what is really useful
- Warning reports all the interesting warning and only those
- Error efficiently report the errors.
Also It seems to me that there is some kind of bug in the handling of log files so I open an associated bug on this.

change the log filename : remove millisecond, add the worker hostname (+ pid ? )
