NAME¶

pem-add_tool - add new tool to realm description file

SYNOPSIS¶

pem-add_tool {option}*

DESCRIPTION¶

Usage¶

• ./bin/pem-add_tool
  • all needed information will be asked like a wizard mode
• ./bin/pem-add_tool {option}+
  • each specified option listed on the command line won't be asked

Options¶

• -h
  • give the help
• -tool_name=
  • specify tool_name
• -product=
  • specify product_name
• -need=
  • comma separated list of files
    • will search Products already present in the realm to build Products dependency tree
• -provide=
  • comma separated list of files (libraries, project, binaries)
• -regexp=
  • a_regexp that help pem-sync (1) to select tool to update
• -uri=
  • someplace_to_get_sources (for monotone or mercurial tools)
• -kind=
  • {tar_gz|monotone|mercurial}
• -realm=
  • specify selected_realm
• -png=
  • if this option is present a png file displaying the graph is generated
• -file=
  • if this option is present all parameters are taken in priority from the file (except kind)
