ftsmonitor

This release contains:

• a new page for monitoring logs from the HISTORY package
• a new plot for the overall channel throughput (per hour)
• a monitoring of the "stuck" jobs
• a limitation of the number of lines displayed in FTSMonitor tables
• the removal of numerous "warnings" in the PHP logs
