Description

The aim of the test is to avoid to insert a notification with a OK status .

Hi Cyril,
we are seeing some "new" alerts at operations portal for services that are OK. It was reported some days ago by Marios and Dimitris and i just faced it today.

At first i thought that it some alerts "packed" together from Nagios reporting ERROR and a few minutes later OK which where parsed as an immediate change from no alert to ERROR and then to OK at the portal.
Today though, i updated a certificate for host which was on WARN state at nagios (about to expire). There were no alert till now (for the WARN state) which i find totally correct, but now that the state changed to OK at nagios an alert is created with OK state at the portal.
I think the correct function would be to check whether there is an alert for service that goes to OK state before creating/updating an alert at the portal.
I may be wrong as i had only one change to see this "malfunction" but i think it is good to escalate it for additional checks.

Regards,
Christos
