It is also annoying that I only see the "SITE" and "subject" fields. These will by default be the same for a given site (e.g. NDGF_T1, [Rod Dahboard] Issues detected at NDGF-T1). One ticket might be for the bdii, the other for the CE. There is no way to tell without checking each ticket.

The problem is that you can open a ticket on several alarms . In that case which alarm or nodes should we select in the subject ?

Regarding to the new feature which displays the list of the test name in the ticket list and the fact that the ticket submitter has given no answer this issue is closed.
