Minutes:

• Tom added a method to create documentation at each push on master

• Ismail will contact Ken to talk about what to compare for a good scanning strategy

• It is hard to get a visa on short notice to come to France, so Ismail might visit only late 2026

• Some issues fixed an improvements (Steve):
  - the scanning doesn't stop every scan for 3 minutes anymore
  - the hk data now saves the position every 100ms

• New issue (Steve):
  - the clock of encoder is shifted w.r.t. real time (- 10 seconds) and it changes with time
  - that might explain the fact that it is not possible to match the back and forth scans of the Moon
  - it can be fixed by using the raspberry pi that gives the time to QUBIC studio and QUBIC central
