• Mathias' FMM & CMM papers will be submitted to A&A after corrections

• getting more people on the soft:
  - Lucas Merlo is working on applying the PCG on real TOD, to be followed but he is only a bachelor student
  - Belén and Ivan showed interest in the soft
  - Sofia and Ismail could help on the soft too once they start their PhD

• Tom:
  - adding corrections to FMM and CMM papers
  - GPS chapter
  - Python formation

• Leonora:
  - conditioner for CMM
  - work on seperating TOD generation and map reconstruction

• Steve:
  - reviewing Tom's GPS chapter
  - implemented Python interface for QubicStudio (to automatise some parts, like set up the hardware)
  - implementing the Moon scan

• Alexandre:
  - working on the simulated Moon maps
  - will implement the nrec=1 case
