Minutes:

• Convolution issue? (Tom)
  - when convolve_in is True, we see residuals in the reconstruction even without noise

• Rewriting the computation of the mixing matrix (Tom)
  - the parametric case is working (?)
  - same code for all cases

• Preconditioning (Leonora)
  - it works without Planck
  - when Planck is added, the problem is much harder (?)

• Some changes applied to master last week (Alexandre)
  - some code duplication removal + uniformisation
  - MB instrument working

• Cosmic rays (Sophia)
  - cosmic rays detection applied to the new data (12th May 2025)
  - candidates seperated into 3 populations, the first one with a measured time constant close to what expected
  - interesting to explore how to distinguish between cosmic rays and bumps
  - try with the raw data (100 times more points per unit of time)

• Moon analysis (Elia)
  - maybe go back to a simpler approach (similar to Giuseppe's) in order to publish ASAP
  - the optical aberrations can be dealt with later
  - just take the aberrations into account for the systematic errors

• Scanning strategy (Sofia)
  - extended sources
