Can't see "closed" notepad in monitoring view

When I played with notepad entries, I noticed that when one has closed a
notepad entry, there is no way to see it later. Which I sort of can
understand but when choosing monitoring mode in the Sites list, I still
see it there as a orange entry. But when I click on it, the ROD Notepads
page just says that there are "No item found!". Me thinks that this is a
bit inconsistent.
