Implement convolution and transpose convolution of skymap with COMPTEL response function

Description
To support image deconvolution the convolution and transpose convolution of a skymap with the COMPTEL response function needs to be implemented.

I did not implement the convolution and transpose convolution of skymap with COMPTEL response function as they are actually not needed for implementing the Richardson-Lucy deconvolution algorithm.
I changed however the logic for the composite spatial model, which is no longer internally rescaled. This makes things more transparent. I also added analytical gradient for the scale factor parameters.
