Description

Comme partie du monitoring, écrire chaque 10 minutes le pid du processus treqs, et l'écrire dans la base de données.
Après, le monitoring peut voir si treqs est en train de tourner ou pas.

En même temps, chaque queue peut avoir la valeur du treqs pid, pour savoir quand est-ce que la queue a été créé.
Après un redemarrage, les queues doivent être rédefinis dans le nouveau pid.

This has been done, however, this has to be changed in the new Java version. The part about queues with the pid is not necessary, because all queues are destroyed when restarting.
