When we activate a crystal, it activate the GTS leaf, but it doesn't activate the GTS tree ...

This is linked, but this point doesn't ask any discussion here.

We need to have GTS propagation ....

When a GTS is active, the upper GTS must be active (else we will have some clock problems ...)
