Description

BATMAN flies is a DMD-based spectrograph, including two arms, one spectroscopic channel and one imaging channel (both channel could be used in parallel). This instrument is designed for getting breakthrough results in several science cases from high-z galaxies to nearby galaxies and Trans-Neptunian Objects of Kuiper Belt. Ocean and costal line observation would also benefit from this type of instrument.

Discussion:
Could we use BATMAN flies for cosmology with supernovea? other probes?

I attached the proposal we made last january for the CNES prospective call.
