Provide metrics on VO ID card

Hi Cyril

I have a request of information for you hoping you can extract it from
the operations portal database.

The press team at EGI asked me if it possible to have statistics about
the number of new VOs per discipline created after 10/09/2008 (it would
be nice if together with this information you could include also the
current number of users of those VOs). Do you think you can provide me
with this information.

Another question I have is about the generation of hysterical diagrams
in the operations portal showing the evolution of the number of VOs and
users per disciplines. Is this something that is already in your plans?
