REQUEST

In the resource summary page
(https://operations-portal.egi.eu/vapor/resources/GL2ResSummary), the resources
are displayed by default by Operations Centre; a view by country is available
only inside each Operations Centre.

It would be useful having also an overall summary by country.

The task is suspended .

We have made the assumption that a country was belonging to only one NGI.
In that case this feature is not really needed .
