after consultation with UCST I would like to request the following improvements to the VO ID Card:

- VO registration welcome page (https://operations-portal.egi.eu/vo/registration)

> this page has no explicit reference to EGI, just at the foot note this is mentioned. A welcome text explaining that the VO registration service is a service of EGI is necessary. Information on Terms of use and access of this service should be provided. For this I suggest to link to the new Acceptable use policy and condition policy https://documents.egi.eu/document/2623

- I suggest a SLA is created between the VO manager and EGI once the VO is finally approved. I would ask you to liaise with Malgorzata to discuss the details.

- "Please, check box to access to the registration
I have read and agree to policies and procedures concerning VO managers in EGI Infrastructure."

> the VO manager should also agree to the terms of access and use of the operations portal

- Supported Services.
This section is now mixing up middleware flavors (ARC, gLite...) with services (Cloud Computing)

> I suggest the VO ID card lists instead the EGI services according to the EGI service catalogue classification (HT Compute, Cloud Compute...) that the VO will use. For each service the interface/protocol requested is specified. For example Cloud Compute could include OS, OCCI...

- Acknowledgement statement.
At the moment by default the option is "don't use" which means that all the new VOs that are being created have no ack statement specified.

> I suggest the behavior changes as follows
. the option "don't use" disappears, i.e. any VO has to adopt an acknowledgement statement!
. the "suggested acknowledgment" is provided as the only option - of course the statement can be tuned by the VO manager (note: a reference to the glossary which defines EGI Federation should be added)

- Resources
Should be replaced by the name of the relevant EGI service from the catalogue, i.e.
> "Physical" is replaced by "High-throughput Compute"
> "Cloud" is replaced by "Cloud Compute"
==> anything about online storage?
