str_parents not updated in time for glob_parent

Description
str_parent (str_input) is read from database.
it is first stored with wrong content as it includes now the task id.
the content is updated together with task status and output.
But , glob_parent sometime seems to use it before the update !
Current solution is to update it when the task is queued.
Need to see if it impact the performance.
But, whether this bug is expected ... I'm not sure.
