closedVoms certificate manual upload

Description
What is the correct procedure to update the certificate in the cic
portal, while at the same time keeping the old certificate also
available?
Ideally they should be able to just dump the certificate via copy and paste in the CiC portal.
Like I said in my previous e-mail, I think it would be simpler to
a)always keep stored the certficate obtained via querying voms server
b)keep the most recent certificate the vo manager uploaded too.

After discussion with D.Bouvet :
Sites admin needs a tool in VO module to upload the next voms certificate.
We can imagine following permalinks :
vo/vomsCertificate/voms_name/xxxx.xxx.xxx/version/next|current
Certificates 'next' will be stored in database, curent retreived throug the voms
If no next => current=next
We can imagine to display it adding a button/a place to hold next certificate in voms details
This task is not so critical, broadcast is actualy used for that

In fact permalinks are not a good id the VoIDCard must hold 'next' Certificate

For the display, please follow the rules :
only one certificate : show it
2 certificate : show only valid ones using info in public key
Question how to get info using php ?
