And I could think that it is the correct behaviour, IF I could select
operators mode in the Overview tab but no such luck. Personally I would
think it would better if Overview only showed the issues that the Issues
tab shows in operators mode. Mostly because it is Overview. Having the
choice between operators/monitoring could also be useful, but then it
should be selectable from the Overview page.

The issue that operators/monitoring mode is not selectable on all pages
even though they are affected by it, comes back when selecting a site.

When I played with notepad entries, I noticed that when one has closed a
notepad entry, there is no way to see it later. Which I sort of can
understand but when choosing monitoring mode in the Sites list, I still
see it there as a orange entry. But when I click on it, the ROD Notepads
page just says that there are "No item found!". Me thinks that this is a
bit inconsistent.
