Cette commande envoie un sig.term au processus agentSST.
C'est pas la manière la plus propre de l'arrêter, le mieux serait de pouvoir lui envoyer une commande do_stop now
mais on ne peut pas envoyer de commande depuis le script pyros car il est en dehors de django...
