Add OSG sites in site_infos table in order to retrieve OSG "NGI" when after insert event is triggered for vdb_notification_raw_after_insert (see vdb_notification_raw_after_insert trigger)

Dear all,
some days ago we added the osg site FNAL_FERMIGRID to our nagios server, but on the dashboard its NGI is "unknown":

this site is regularly listed in the OSG xml file: http://myosg.grid.iu.edu/rgsummary/xml?datasource=summary&summary_attrs_showwlcg=on&all_resources=on&gridtype=on&gridtype_1=on&active=on&active_value=1&disable_value=1

could you please check what is going wrong?
