Make the number of standard deviation used in computing threshold a common database parameter instead of a hard-wired one: it should be changed in only one place, and not need access to the 5 LDC.

To use the online database, one needs to:
1) put an ASCII file in the database. The database can be accessed from the machines in the Alice Control Room, with the menu opened while all the DAQ, ECS, etc. applications get started.
A file has to be created first (let's call it mutrksigma) then inserted...

2) to use it in the scripts ECS, one should first
$DATE_DB_DIR/daqDetDB_get mutrksigma > ./mutrksigma.dat
to copy the created file from database to file

3) then the file can be parsed to extract the values of interest with for instance cat /mutrksigma.dat, etc
