very close in structure to ZERO_SUPP_OFF.sh

some standard corrections included in
LC2/scripts/qryStatus.x
(those had not been propagated from others scripts)

Further tests is dependent on http://localhost/trac/ticket/4

status changed from accepted to closed
resolution set to fixed
tested correctly on site (aldaqpc088)
except the commented out validator...
It works, and is added for the next commit (revision 29) and the next daq-MCH-ECS .
