Description

Dear support,

on SVOM project and its sub-projects, we cannot download of documents.
there are always download failure, for all documents. The limit is around 10.000MB.

Please, could help us as soon as possible as we are preparing review for end of June and it will be really use at this time.

For what it's worth, we had noticed recently, that we cannot download documents of several MB, if we are at home (1MB/s ADSL), whereas it works perfectly from the lab (10Gbps fibre).

The limit is 5go, we don't modify it.
This system is not really a storage system.
